City Simplicity Card
The Citi Simplicity® Card offers one of the longest introductory balance transfer periods, with 0% interest for 21 months starting from the date of the first transfer (after which, the APR ranges from 18.99% to 29.74%). After the account is opened, balance transfers must be made within four months. If you have a significant balance or if your cash flow prevents you from paying off the debt within the 6-, 12-, or 15-month time periods of other balance transfer cards, this is almost two years to pay off debt, which might be useful.
There is no yearly charge associated with this card, but there is an introductory balance transfer fee of either 3% ($5 minimum) for transfers made during the first 4 months of account setup, or up to 5% ($5 minimum).
