How to Report Telnyx LLC Spam
If you have received a call or text from a Telnyx number that you believe is in violation of the company’s Acceptable Use Policy, you can submit a complaint at any time using the form on their website. Telnyx will investigate the incident and take any necessary steps to ensure that their customers are protected.
On the form, you will need to provide information about the incident, including the reason you’re reporting suspected abuse, the Telnyx number from which you received the call or text, your phone number, the time and date of the incident and whether the spam was a voice call or SMS text message.
You may also provide your name, email, and any additional information you feel is relevant. Once you have this information, you’re ready to fill out and submit your request.
