UltaHost has not launched a Black Friday 2026 page yet, but it is already running a Flash Sale: “Get 40% OFF all hosting services for a limited time!” When we checked on 3 November 2026, its Starter shared hosting plan was $2.88 a month on a 3-year term or $3.44 on 2 years, and its Black Friday URLs returned 404 pages.
Last year UltaHost advertised “80% off” for Black Friday from about 14 November to mid-December 2025 (Black Friday, then Cyber Monday and Cyber Week branding), but on the plans we compared its sale prices were the same as in its 2024 “40% off” sale; only the crossed-out regular price went up. Below are today’s prices for every term, last year’s offer, the refund rules (which have important exclusions), and whether to buy now or wait.

Disclosure: links to UltaHost on this page are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. It does not change the facts we report.
For shared hosting, UltaHost’s current Flash Sale is already cheaper than its last Black Friday price: Starter is $3.44 a month on 2 years today, against $3.80 in last year’s “80% off” Black Friday sale. VPS and WordPress were cheaper last Black Friday (VPS Basic $4.80 vs $5.52 today; Ulta WordPress $2.80 vs $3.22), so VPS and WordPress buyers may do better waiting for 27 November. Read the refund rules first: UltaHost says promotional and 2- or 3-year shared plans are non-refundable.
- Cheapest shared plan: Starter at $2.88/mo on 3 years (about $103.68 upfront by our calculation).
- Shorter term: Starter at $4.03/mo on 1 year, or $4.39 month to month.
- VPS: VPS Basic at $5.52/mo on 2 years (1 core, 1 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe, managed).
- Watch out: the plan cards say “Renews at” the same price, but UltaHost’s terms say renewals are at “the then-current, non-promotional rate”.
UltaHost Black Friday 2026: what we know
- Black Friday 2026: not announced. UltaHost’s /black-friday, /black-friday-sale, /deals and /promo pages returned “404 Page Not Found”.
- Live now: the Flash Sale, with no end date or code shown. The discount is on the plan cards; the headline 40% is on 2-year shared plans (3 years: 50%, 1 year: 30%, monthly: 25%).
- Not every service: despite “40% OFF all hosting services”, its Ulta-X1 dedicated server showed “Save 10%”.

What UltaHost offered last Black Friday
- 2025 dates: its homepage switched from the 40% Flash Sale to “BLACK FRIDAY DEAL GET 80% OFF” between 13 and 14 November 2025, kept Black Friday branding until at least 3 December, then showed “CYBER MONDAY DEAL GET 80% OFF” and “Cyber Week Special Deal!” until at least 13 December. It was back to 40% by 15 December.
- 2025 prices: Shared Starter “$17.99 Save 80% $3.80 /mo Billed for 24 month term” and VPS Basic $4.80 on the homepage plan cards (3 December 2025 capture); UltaHost’s 18 November 2025 blog post listed WordPress plans from $2.80 a month. We found no coupon code in any 2025 capture.
- 2024: “Black Friday Flash Sale: Save 40%” from at least 10 November to 17 December 2024 (it was not there on 1 November and had gone by 26 December), with Shared Starter at “$3.80 /mo $5.99 Save 40%”.
- So: the 2025 “80% off” prices matched the 2024 “40% off” prices; the regular price shown rose from $5.99 to $17.99.
Today’s 2-year Starter price ($3.44) is lower than both of those Black Friday prices ($3.80). That is not true for VPS or WordPress: VPS Basic was $4.80 on 2 years in both Black Friday sales (today $5.52), and Ulta WordPress was listed at $2.80 in UltaHost’s 2025 Black Friday post (today $3.22 on 2 years; the post did not state the term). We can’t know what UltaHost will charge this year.

UltaHost refund policy: read this before you buy
UltaHost’s pages advertise a “Risk-free 30 Day Money-back Guarantee”, but its refund policy (last revised 26 May 2025) has important exclusions:
- Promotions: “Plans purchased using a special promotion, promo code, or special discount link, are non-refundable.” It is not clear whether the current Flash Sale counts, so ask UltaHost before you buy.
- Long terms: for shared, reseller and WordPress hosting, refunds apply to “monthly and annual plans, as biennial and triennial plans are not eligible for a refund”. The cheapest 2- and 3-year prices are therefore not refundable.
- VPS and VDS: VPS plans on 1, 2 or 3 years are not refundable; VDS gets 7 days and only under $96.50.
- Other exclusions: dedicated servers, control-panel add-ons, SSL and domains; payments by crypto, cheque, money order or bank wire. If you cancel within a year after getting a free domain, $16.99 is deducted.
UltaHost renewals
Each plan card says “Renews at” the same price for the same term, for example “$2.88/mo for 3 years”. UltaHost’s terms of service say that “the contract will automatically renew at the then-current, non-promotional rate for the original contract length”. The two don’t obviously match, so check the renewal price on your invoice or ask support before you rely on it.

Should you buy UltaHost now or wait for Black Friday?
- Shared hosting: buy now if the price fits. Today’s 2-year Starter price is already below UltaHost’s 2024 and 2025 Black Friday prices.
- VPS or WordPress: consider waiting. Both were cheaper in last year’s Black Friday sale than they are today.
- Choose monthly or 1 year if you want a refund option. Those terms are the only shared plans UltaHost’s policy lists as refundable, and promotional orders may still be excluded.
- Choose 3 years for the lowest price ($2.88 a month), accepting that it is not refundable.
- Ask about renewal before paying for a long term.
