Trying to update an older RoadMate. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to either the Magellan site or SmartGPSEco site. Response is saying that my email is already in use. I’m not so certain about that.
Your sign-in page does not offer a ‘forgotten password’ option. Very disappointing. At the very least, if the unit is not updatable, techs should inform so.
