Impotence affects many couples who attempt to conceive a baby. In 40-50 percent of infertility instances, the male partner can’t impregnate his female counterpart. Statistics show that male infertility influences almost 7% of the global male population. But is it curable?

What makes a man impotent? Three factors are often responsible for why a person isn’t fertile enough to impregnate a woman after insemination. These factors are quantity, movement, and structure. For example, a man is fertile if his single ejaculation contains 15 million sperms/milliliter.

Exercise regularly

Exercise improves your health – both mental & physical – along with boosting male fertility. It raises your testosterone levels and enhances a person’s semen quality. But working out excessively can be counterproductive. Experts suggest you should remain physically active in moderation.

30 to 60 minutes of weight training is ideal. Incorporate jogging and walking to enhance blood flow throughout the body, including the male genitalia.

Reduce stress

Stress may lead to male infertility and hinder a man’s sexual agility. It can also interfere with semen production in a man’s body. So, you must get enough sleep and consult your doctor to manage your anxiety. Attempt a few relaxation exercises as well, such as meditation or deep breathing.

Become thinner

It’s been observed that an overweight man struggles to conceive a child with his healthy partner, and couples with no weight problems become parentssuccessfully. Thus, obesity may affect your sperm’s health. As per research, men suffering from obesity most likely have fewer/unhealthy sperms than men who are thin/lean.

Cool yourself

In addition, it compromises sperm production in your body. So, stay away from drugs for a while if you plan to boost your potency.
