This section covers two unrelated things, and it is worth knowing which one you need.
The first is Indian government documentation – the paperwork almost everyone has to deal with eventually. Applying for a PAN card, linking Aadhaar to PAN, and retrieving details you have mislaid. These are step-by-step and are the most read pages here.
The second is United States consumer law, mostly around injury and its aftermath: what actually happens with a settlement claim after a car accident, why expunging a record is worth the effort, and situation-specific pieces written for particular cities and industries.
Nothing here is legal advice, and nobody writing it is your lawyer. Law is jurisdictional in a way that most subjects are not: an article written for Houston or Durham is not guidance for anywhere else, and Indian procedure changes with government notification. Use these to understand the shape of a process and the questions to ask – then ask someone qualified in your jurisdiction.
