InterServer has no Black Friday 2026 offer yet: its /black-friday, /coupons and /promotions addresses returned 404 errors, and its homepage showed no sale or coupon when we checked on 5 November 2026. Its standard deal is $2.50 a month for the first term of its one shared plan, Standard Web Hosting, then $7 a month.
The Black Fridays we could check were small: a 20% VPS code in 2023, and no sale text on its homepage on Black Friday 2025 (2024 could not be checked). Below are today’s prices, what past Black Fridays brought, what InterServer’s “Price Lock Guarantee” does and doesn’t tell you, the refund rules and whether to buy now or wait.

InterServer has not announced a Black Friday 2026 deal, and the Black Fridays we could check were small: a 20% VPS code in 2023 and no sale text on its homepage on Black Friday 2025 (2024 not verified). Its regular offer is simple: Standard Web Hosting is $2.50 a month for your first term, whether that is 1, 6, 12 or 24 months, then $7 a month.
- Best first-term value: 24 months for $60, then $168 every 2 years.
- VPS: from $3 a month (1 slice: 1 core, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD), billed monthly.
- Refunds: web hosting within 30 days, in full; VPS has no money-back guarantee.
- Watch out: InterServer mentions a “Price Lock Guarantee”, but we could not find its terms.
InterServer Black Friday 2026: what we know
- Not announced: no Black Friday page, coupon page or sale banner on 5 November 2026.
- No $0.01 offer live: the “$.01 first month” banner with code tryinterserver, seen on InterServer’s homepage in archived copies from November 2023 and 20 November 2025, was not on its pages on 5 November 2026. We have not tested whether the code still works.
- Black Friday 2025: InterServer’s homepage on 28 November 2025 (Black Friday) had no sale or coupon text in the archived copy.
- When to check: Black Friday 2026 is 27 November; we will re-check closer to the date.

Standard Web Hosting includes “Unlimited storage space, data transfer, email accounts, and FTP accounts”, plus weekly backups, Cloud Linux, SSD caching and free Cloudflare CDN, by InterServer’s description. A domain costs $7.99 when bought with hosting.
Because the monthly rate is the same for every first term, a longer first term simply keeps you on $2.50 for longer. Over 2 years, the 24-month term costs $60; 12 months plus one renewal costs $114; paying monthly costs $163.50 (our calculation: $2.50 + 23 x $7).
VPS prices
InterServer’s cloud VPS is sold in slices: “$3/month VPS slices”, each with 1 core, 2 GB of memory, 40 GB SSD and 2 TB of transfer. Two slices cost $6, three $9, four $12 and five $15 (the tiers we read). The order form allows 1 to 32 slices, and managed support is included from 8 slices. VPS is billed month to month, and InterServer says “There is no trial period or money-back guarantee on VPS hosting.”
What InterServer offered on past Black Fridays
These come from archived copies of InterServer’s homepage and web hosting page in the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine; dates are when the copies were captured.
- 2023: a homepage ribbon read “20% off (monthly) for any VPS service with coupon code 2023BF20”, seen on 26 and 28 November 2023 and gone by 1 December. Web hosting showed the same “65% Off” and $2.50 first-month offer seen from 19 November to 4 December 2023, with no Black Friday label.
- 2024: not verified; the archived copies from that period could not be loaded.
- 2025: the homepage showed the $.01 first-month banner (code tryinterserver) on 20 November; on 28 November it showed no sale or coupon text. Cyber Monday 2025 is not verified.
In the years we could check, InterServer’s Black Friday meant a modest VPS code rather than a cut to web hosting. We can’t know what it will do this year.
The “Price Lock Guarantee”: what we found
InterServer’s web hosting page describes itself as including “a Price Lock Guarantee”, but only in the page’s description tags. We found no visible text, terms clause or separate page that explains what is locked or for how long, so we can’t tell you its conditions. What the page does show is the renewal price: $7 a month (or $42, $84 or $168 for the longer terms). Ask InterServer to confirm how the price lock applies before relying on it.
InterServer refund rules
- Web hosting: “Refunds are only applicable to Web Hosting Accounts (packages Standard, Windows, Boost2/4/X and WordPress). Client may request InterServer refunds money within 30 days after sign up has taken place. Client will be refunded the full amount they have paid.” After 30 days the client “forfeits monies paid”.
- No refunds: dedicated servers, colocation, VPS, licensing and IP transit once service has started.
- Domains: promotional domain pricing is “subject to change upon the annual renewal”, and if you leave you pay the yearly domain fee.
- Renewals: renewals are automatic and repeat your most recent term, so a 24-month plan renews at $168 for another 24 months unless you cancel at least 3 days before.
- Not confirmed: we could not confirm whether the 30-day refund covers the domain fee or a promotional first-month payment; ask InterServer before you buy.
Should you buy InterServer now or wait for Black Friday?
- Web hosting: buy when you need it. In 2023, web hosting kept its usual $2.50 first month through Black Friday, and today’s $2.50 first-term rate is InterServer’s regular listed price, not a Black Friday offer. We can’t rule out a 2026 Black Friday web hosting deal.
- VPS: maybe wait. The 2023 Black Friday code took 20% off monthly VPS; it may or may not return.
- Pick the term by how long you’ll stay: 24 months keeps $2.50 a month for the longest.
- Use the 30 days to test web hosting; VPS has no refund.
