The actress was staying at the Sheraton Hotel when she was in the city for the Golden Boll Film Festival. The actress, accompanied by Burak, was enjoying dinner at the Sheraton Hotel on September 15, 2022, with her partner and pals. He went over to their table and began to shout and swear at them. Nilperi Şahinkaya declared that she would sue the actor following the event. Later, Burak sent a note on his Instagram account pleading with the actress to accept responsibility for his actions.
Burak Deniz made his maiden trip to India on May 4, 2023, to attend the 23rd FICCI Frames, which was hosted in Mumbai. He expressed his wish to collaborate with Priyanka Chopra, Amir Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan in an interview conducted during the occasion.
