Despite only making his debut in 2021, Fourth Nattawat Jirochtikul is a budding star on GMMTV who has already managed to garner a sizable fan base. The actor is already well-known for his versatility and has received recognition for his expressive face from directors and seasoned performers alike. When he was just 15 years old, the actor appeared on GMMTV’s reality show Thailand School Star, where he and another competitor were declared the winners. After winning, he was offered an exclusive deal by the largest entertainment agency in Thailand, which allowed him to play a supporting part in Moonlight Chicken and the lead role in My School President, among other roles.
Bio, Education and Family
Born on October 18, 2004, in Bangkok, Nattawat Jirochtikul was given the moniker “Fourth” due to his birth on the 200th anniversary of King Rama IV’s birth. At the elite St. Gabriel’s College in Bangkok, Fourth Nattawat was a popular lad who had a lot of students swooning over him. He was the captain of the football team and had been an actor all of his life. Because he was more focused on starting his work, he passed the GED, an equivalency test, to finish his education. Fourth Nattawat demonstrated his Muay Thai abilities during an audition for GMMTV’s Thailand School Star when he was still enrolled in school. His flawless performances on the reality competition made him the victor and secured him a contract with GMMTV, where he later partnered on several Thai BL dramas with Gemini Norawit.
Career
Fourth entered GMMTV’s reality show Thailand School Star 2019 at the age of fifteen. After being selected as the victors, he and Earn Preeyaphat Lorsuwansiri both signed an exclusive contract with GMMTV. Fourth made his television debut in the Thai version of Boys Over Flowers, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers, in 2021 as Glakao Jundee, Gorya’s younger brother, portrayed by Tontawan Tantivejakul. In Bad Buddy (2021), he also had a brief cameo as a junior in high school.
Fourth made his big screen debut as Gun, the head of the high school music club, in the romantic comedy series My School President, which debuted in December 2022. Tinn, the president of the student body, is in love with Gun, who is portrayed by Gemini Norawit. While My School President was still airing in early 2023, Moonlight Chicken also aired. In the show, Fourth portrayed Li Ming, the love interest of Heart (played by Gemini Norawit), and the nephew of Uncle Jim (Earth Pirapat). Fourth rose to considerable prominence as a result of My School President’s spectacular popularity, which also sparked several meetings between the cast and audience in Asian nations. Fourth returned to the character of Gun in two episodes of the anthology series Our Skyy 2 in the middle of 2023.
Being one of GMMTV’s “established couples,” or actors that regularly feature together in romance programs and also take part in concerts, fan meetings, promotional events, and interviews together, Fourth and Gemini soon gained popularity as “GeminiFourth.” Together with other GMMTV performers, Fourth and Gemini took part in the group concert Love Out Loud Fan Fest 2023: Lovolution in June 2023. They will be the main stars of Gemini’s Fourth My Turn event, their first joint event, in August. The event was extended to two days due to the tremendous demand for concert tickets.
Fourth was set to star alongside Gemini in the 2023 season of Girls’ Love, however in July of that year, it was revealed that they had resigned from the roles due to personal reasons. It was revealed in October at the GMMTV2024 Part 1 press conference that Fourth and Gemini would play the lead parts in the 2024 television series My Love Mix-Up, which is a reimagining of a Japanese serial. Fourth participated in The Filipino Festival, a cultural gathering that included several beauty pageants, on October 24, 2023, in Manila. Fourth has also dabbled in business, creating his own apparel brand, Numone. He had an appearance alongside Vachirawit Chivaaree, Metawin Opas-iamkajorn, Hirunkit Changkham, Jirawat Sutivanichsak, and Pansa Vosbein in a Dutch Mill commercial in March 2021.
Eight well-known Thai BL dramas’ love storylines are continued in our Skyy 2 anthology series. Following the finales of their original series, the protagonists in each brief sequel learn to adapt to ordinary life. While some epilogues take place years later, others focus on the immediate aftermath. A Boss and a Babe, A Tale of Thousand Stars, Bad Buddy, My School President, Never Let Me Go, Star in My Mind, The Eclipse, and Vice Versa are among the stories in this anthology. Like many other fans, I couldn’t wait for Our Skyy 2 to bring back our beloved BL pairings. This anthology does, however, have both thrilling peaks and depressing valleys. Some dramas result in excellent sequels that provide a heartfelt conclusion for the characters. Some squander the chance with careless storylines, cheesy romantic filler, and obscene fanservice. When compared to the original series, the majority of these epilogues are less entertaining overall.
In the Thai BL series Moonlight Chicken, a restaurant owner and his patron have a romantic relationship. Chicken rice is sold at the diner owned by the main character. He meets and hooks up with a younger man on a fateful evening. It was meant to be a brief, pointless liaison. But he now feels something for this one-night fling. When he returns, he seems committed to pursuing a romantic relationship. In Moonlight Chicken, the flawed protagonists and their emotional baggage make for a gripping love story. I like the serious subjects, poignant sentiments, and intricate relationship dynamics of this BL drama. The superb actors in the star-studded group have great chemistry with one another and clearly capture their roles. The chic series also boasts gorgeous images that give off a romantic vibe.
