All these applications except Padgram, will provide you the same function and that is that you can switch between different accounts and read feeds on them so there is no application more better in comparison between them but only Padgram is the better option from all of them but that too is only available for Android users, so for ios users the only function available is to switch between accounts and read feeds on them.

The user interface of these applications are simple you only have to add as much accounts as you have and you can simply switch between them.
So, this was the way to manage multiple Instagram accounts on a single device using third party applications. We can conclude that Padgram is the best option available for only android user while others are good for both android and ios users.
