Support and data centres
SiteGround says it helps 24/7 by phone, chat and tickets, and its GoGeek plan adds priority support. It hosts sites on Google Cloud and says it has 11 data centres across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Hostinger offers 24/7 live chat and its AI assistant, but no phone support. It lists data centres in Europe, North America, Asia (including India, Indonesia and Malaysia) and South America (Brazil). If your visitors are in India or South America, Hostinger has a server closer to them.

Hostinger vs SiteGround: which should you choose?
- Choose Hostinger if price matters, you want to keep renewal costs low, you need more than one site on the entry plan, or your visitors are in India or South America.
- Choose SiteGround if you want phone support, daily backups and a 12-month commitment on the cheapest plan, and you are happy to pay a much higher renewal price for them.
We have not run our own speed or uptime tests for this comparison. Both hosts promise 99.9% uptime; the figures above are what each company publishes.
