- Material-Style Palette GeneratorGenerate a Material-style tonal palette — thirteen tones from 0 (black) to 100 (white) — from any source color, approximated in OKLCH.
- Monochromatic Palette GeneratorBuild a one-hue palette from any base color: the base plus perceptually even shades toward black and tints toward white, blended in OKLab so the steps look uniform.
- OKLab Color ConverterConvert any color to and from OKLab — the rectangular form of OKLCH, with L for lightness and a/b axes instead of chroma and hue.
- OKLCH Color GeneratorMix colors directly in OKLCH with lightness, chroma and hue sliders — live preview, sRGB gamut warnings, and CSS output with hex/rgb/hsl fallbacks.

Questions about these tools
Are these tools really free?
Yes. There is no account, no trial, no usage limit and no paid tier holding anything back. The site is funded by advertising, which is why there is no sign-up wall in front of a word counter.
Does anything I paste into a tool get uploaded?
No. Every tool here runs in your browser, so the text, JSON, colours or names you enter are processed on your own device and are never sent to a server. That is what makes them usable on data you would not paste into an unknown web service.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Each tool is an ordinary web page that works in any current browser, on a phone as well as a desktop. There is nothing to download, no extension, and nothing that only works in one browser.
How do I find the right tool?
Search the whole collection from the box at the top of this page -- it filters as you type and matches descriptions as well as names. If you would rather browse, the nine categories below group everything by the job it does.
Can I use these for commercial work?
Yes, the tools themselves are free to use for any purpose. What you generate is a separate question: a name from a generator carries no rights, so search the trademark and company registers for your territory before you build a business on one.
How accurate are the calculations?
The arithmetic tools use exact integer arithmetic rather than floating point, so a long binary multiplication or a base conversion is exact rather than rounded, and colour conversions follow the CSS Color 4 specification. Each page states its own limits.
Are any of these just for entertainment?
A few, and they say so on the page. A love calculator or a compatibility score turns names into a number by a fixed rule and measures nothing. Everything that does a real job -- converting, calculating, generating, checking -- is separate from those and labelled as such.
